Cyan is so communicative and considerate - I needed to check in early and she was able to accommodate my needs and made sure I was comfortable and equipped. My only complaint is that it was a bit bright in room F - I wasn't able to sleep well after the room was lit up by sunlight. Also be aware that other guests may be staying there at the same time. It is extremely close to the train station and very convenient in that way. I appreciated that. Also, snacks and tea and all the sleepover amenities you might need are at your disposal!

Rainbow Guesthouse is quite a find! We booked it for my wife to stay in during her stay in Saitama, and it really exceeded our expectations! Be warned though that this is a generally "women only" place, so expect to be overwhelmed with Hello Kitty and other cat related merchandise. :P I stayed with my wife for one night (only possible in the room we rented on the ground floor, other rooms are strictly for women only, check the listing description for more details), and I enjoyed my limited stay there. My wife had a blast with all the modern amenities and appliances available. She almost didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. ;) Just one small issue is that the TV had no English channels available (that we could find), so you will have to do other things to entertain yourself while you're there. Wifi was good anyway, so you can just download stuff. One other thing is that my wife really appreciated the nearby supermarket, Bele. She found a lot of great food there, for cheap prices, which helped extend her daily budget, i.e. no need to find restaurants to eat in. All in all, it was a great experience to stay in Rainbow Guesthouse. We are definitely recommending it to our female friends. Thanks again to our hosts!

とても清潔で、駅からも近く、周辺は静かな住宅街です。オーナーさんも親切ですし、大変快適に過ごすことができました!都心にもJRですぐで、特にさいたまスーパーアリーナでのイベントにも便利でした♪

it is a really nice and clean place to stay and it is very recommended especially for female guests . they also provide us with a lot of amenities like a hotel . for people who are going to watch concert at saitama super arena it is really close only 10 minutes by train and the distance from the train to the house is 5 minutes walking distance . i'll certainly book here again .

第一次来日本啥都不懂,一有啥事就跑去求助房东,房东也超级热心的替我讲解!帮我我好多忙,大大大好评!另外房子很整洁精致,能感觉到房东是个热爱生活的人!交通很方便!离便利店和超市都很近,如果你追求高品质的住宿体验,选这家就对了!!下次来琦玉还会去您家的~大好き!

It is not in the center of Tokyo but JR line passes this area. This town so quiet that it fits on the person who enjoy silence. And the house very beautiful, clean, comfortable, I would like to revisit.

Rainbow Guest House is a great place to stay! If you have an event at the Saitama Super Arena, it is extremely close! Heading down into the main hubs of Tokyo also only takes between 30-45 minutes by the Saiko subway line. As for the house itself, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Minami-Yono station, and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet! Cyan was a wonderful host! She always responds immediately to inquiries through the Airbnb application, and on our arrival day, she waited for us even though our arrival was delayed by several hours. The house has several different rooms available, a comfy living room, dining room, kitchen, and shower/laundry room, among other amenities. Cyan provides all the necessary toiletries and towels, and even snacks for a very cheap price! We were both very happy with our stay, and highly recommend others to stay here if they want hassle-free accommodation!

係香港人嘅就嚟睇下啦 She is a super host!!! Never had I seen a host can be so friendly, helpful and passionate with all the guests. She is so nice and helps me to solve all the problems so detail. Moreover, she can speaks Chinese and English, that's easy to communicate. I love her house because the room is so big and I felt like home when I lived in there. Her house is in the resident area and it just takes you about 10 minutes to the JR station. Furthermore, the house is quite near to the supermarkets. Thus, I can go to buy some stuffs when I need it. It is great that I can lived in her house in my Journey :) 個宿主真係好好人,佢識普通話同英文,溝通完全無難度。最重要係佢msg覆得快。但一入屋未問,佢已經講曬所有嘢比我知知。因為個陣佢得閒,我遲到佢都仲等我,仲要用車接我,入屋幫我放行李,真係超級好♪( ´`)最好係佢仲會幫你bk埋直通巴去機場,走個陣咩都唔洗煩(*ˉ︶ˉ*) 間屋呢就係共用屋嚟嘅,用廁所澡涼房嘅時候自律小小,有手尾啲就已經ok。而且都幾近JR同超市,肚餓可以去買嘢食。但因為係住宅區,間間屋都差唔多樣,路痴嘅話真係要小心啲(´Д` ) 個屋主嘅貼心程度係我遇過咁多個屋主最好嘅,只要你有問題,佢會仲擔心同上心過你!(￣￣)個屋主係我眼中真係好到無話可說( ^ω^ ) 但埼玉就無咁近市中心,想去新宿、原宿、渋谷嘅話都要30分鐘,但埼玉啲車成14分鐘一班,最好去Navitime查咗班車先好出門口(｡ ́︿ ̀｡)唔係又企係度等14分鐘 簡單嚟講,其實真係平靚正( ´`)對我嚟講,我真係已經好滿意♪( ´`)如果你地都嚟埼玉,都試下住呢間啦(*ω)
